Experience Coach Atti began his professional career by working for 8 years in his family’s group of companies in the industry of hospitality, entertainment and retail services. In 2009, he established his own company, A&T Group Interiors, as it was his first own business venture with a capital that did not exceed AED 50,000, soon, the company succeeded in submitting bids and completing contracts totaling more than AED 500 million.
In 2014, Atti acquired a large stake in Al Mayar Company, an investment company with shares in hotels, restaurants, and entertainment industries. He also built and managed more than 10 companies in less than 3 years.
Furthermore, Atti participated in a group of initiatives on the national and regional level in the field of digital transformation of traditional companies that proved their effectiveness and investment efficiency during the Covid-19 pandemic. He also established a group of initiatives with successful entrepreneurs in the Arab markets to bring about brilliant transformations in their companies and investments.
Currently, Atti is the Chairman of Amima Holding Company established in 2022.
Atti obtained the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, which is recognized by three global entities as well as Henley Business School. He works as a volunteer to guide and mentor a large group of startups and entrepreneurs.
