Extensive HR Experience with almost 30 years of Human Resources experience, Rania has held senior managerial positions in PepsiCo UK, UAE, and Egypt before founding Kestria UAE and Aspire HR Consultants. She has dedicated her professional life and career to adding value and being a partner in the success of many organizations.
Rania holds a degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School, UK.
